1. Delivery of Military Kit for Hire

a. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving a confirmed booking.

b. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are calculated based on the size and weight of the items, as well as the delivery location. Charges will be communicated to you before the finalisation of your booking.

c. Delivery Time: While we aim to deliver your hired military kit within the specified timeframe, unforeseen circumstances like courier delays or adverse weather conditions might impact delivery time.

d. Inspect Upon Receipt: Upon receiving the military kit, please inspect it immediately. Any discrepancies, missing items, or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

e. Special Instructions: If you have specific delivery requirements or instructions, please mention them at the time of booking.

2. Returns of Hired Military Kit

a. Return Date: The hired military kit must be returned on or before the agreed-upon date. Failure to return the items on time will result in additional daily rental charges.

b. Condition of Return: Items should be returned in the same condition they were hired out. Any damages or alterations could lead to charges, the cost of which will depend on the extent of damage.

c. Return Charges: If we are arranging the collection of the items, return charges will apply similar to the delivery charges. This will be communicated to you at the start of the hire period.

d. Late Returns: If you anticipate a delay in returning the military kit, please notify us in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate such situations, it's essential to note that additional charges will apply for late returns.

e. Lost Items: If any part of the hired kit is lost, you will be liable for the full replacement value of the item(s).

3. Cancellations

a. Prior to Dispatch: If you cancel your booking before the items are dispatched for delivery, you will be refunded in full minus any administrative fees.

b. After Dispatch: If you cancel after the items have been dispatched but before receiving them, you'll be responsible for both the delivery and return costs. A restocking fee might also apply.

c. During the Hire Period: If you wish to return the items before the end of the hire period, the full hire fee for the agreed duration will still apply.


4. Refunds

a. Processing: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items.

b. Mode: Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used at the time of booking.
